Yes, Andrea - very good news indeed. If you go to Cyberhomes and click on the neighborhood icon, and type in either the town or zip code, it will give you the latest data on median home prices from 2 years abck up until the present quarter....which reminds me, I need to put that info in on all of the other Greater Waterbury towns which have experienced that upswing...
