Weston Real Estate Update

Seven months into the year, Weston is showing the signs of this difficult Real Estate market. Through July 31, 40 Single Family homes have sold. This is 45% below the pace of last year. This pace is trailing 2007 by 61%.

The Average Selling Price is $963,863 so far this year. This number is down 23% from last years $1,281,550. Homes sales are the highend are experiencing the largest slowdown. So far this year, no homes over $3 Million have sold.
