I have now passed 75,000 points on Active Rain with this post. I seem like yesterday when I passed the 50,000 mark. Now I am over 75,000. But if I write more blogs on Active Rain,I would've been passed this mark. Anyway,I am happy. I want to thank you all for helping me pass the 75,000. I could not have done it without you guys. You know who you are- I am not naming no names this time-SORRY.
You will think by now I would have this blogging thing down pat-WRONG. Think again. Unlike 96,402 of the members here on Active Rain,I am the only one who has yet to receive a lead here yet-LOL. But I know it is going to come. I have just have to be patient. I forward to that day too. And I look forward to reading and responding to more blogs from you all here on Active Rain. I just passed the 6000 points and can feel the addiction of active rain getting me.
It's a great tool and a way to get in touch with the real-estate community. The information is out there we just need to have the idea and DO IT!

You just have to blog more and write things that will make readers want to read your blog and possibly choose you as their real estate agent.
