If you're making so much money and have so many clients you don't know how to schedule them all, then you don't need to read this. But if you could use more business in 2008 and beyond, join a good group of people to get more business. The Georgia Avenue BNI chapter is looking for you.
BNI is the largest business networking organization in the world. It offers members the opportunity to share ideas, contacts and most importantly, generate business referrals for each other. It has generated over $5 billion in business since it's inception 20 years ago. In on Maryland chapter alone last year generated over $3 million in revenue from referrals.
Do not to let this opportunity pass you by, there are many occupations still open. We are looking for a number of categories including: mortgage banker (residential); property and casualty insurance; accountant; computer repair/network, etc; printer/graphics; public relations firm; staff; child care, physicians, travel agency, transportation company, Commercial Realtor.
BNI meetings usually last for one and half hours. Lunch will be served at a cost of $10 per person. We meet every Tuesday at 12:00 at the Sweet Mango Cafe, 3701 New Hampshire Avenue, NW (on the corner of New Hampshire and Georgia)
Remember, only one member from each industry will be invited to formally join the group upon formation of the Chapter, i.e. only one attorney, banker, mortgage broker, realtor, etc. Therefore, it is very important that you attend these initial meetings and if interested, that you be willing to join.
