AIDS Walk Washington DC in Southwest DC

Opening ceremonies for the 2007 AIDS Walk Washington will be on 10/6/2007 at Freedom Plaza beginning at 9am. The AIDS Walk route leaving Freedom Plaza via Pennyslvania Avenue. It turns onto 4th Street and crosses into Southwest DC, loops around on D Street SW, and back up 4th Street to Pennyslvania Avenue to Freedom Plaza.

AIDS Walk Washington is a 5K fund-raising walk/run benefiting and produced by Whitman-Walker Clinic. Whitman-Walker Clinic is a non-profit community-based health organization composed of volunteers and staff who provide dependable, high-quality, comprehensive and accessible health care to those infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
