Longneckhomes.com is a real estate website for buyers and sellers in the Long Neck, Angola, Oak Orchard, and Riverdale areas. The easy to navigate website provides a quick and easy search for properties for sale in those areas and is found on every page of the website. Visitors can search by property type or by community. On the site are other property searches for all of Sussex County and searches for properties in the coastal and central Sussex towns, Lewes, Milton, Rehoboth Beach, and Bethany Beach. Buyers and sellers can also find valuable information about the local real estate market on the site as well.
Affinity Realty opened their new office last fall in the Creekside Professional Center next to Peddler's Village on RT. 24. The office location is only minutes to Long Neck. After evaluating the growing Long Neck area, Carol and Graves found that the area was in need of a website geared toward the real estate market in the area. With the launch of LongNeckHomes.com, they hope to increase the online exposure of properties for sale in the Long Neck area. Along with being on the site, the homes they exclusively list will be marketed with a 360° Virtual Tour, multiple photos, and aggressive online marketing by syndication to other national and local real estate websites.
