Walmart makes easier living for Middletown Residents

I have lived in Middletown for over 20 years. I have been a real estate in Delaware since 2003. During the years that Middletown was not developed, I witnessed nothing but cornfields and potatoe farms. In 1993, the large amount of local stores that exist now were unavailable. A Middletown resident had to actually drive to nearby Wilmington or Dover area to get T-Shirts and underwear. As we fast forward the future, 2008 has brought Middletown a Walmart Supercenter. Not only is Middletown a great place to live now, but it is becoming a great shopping district. Don't overlook Middletown as just a small town with no shopping outlets. Walmart is located along Rt. 301 providing easy access to Middletown, Odessa, and Townsend residents.
