Newark Delaware Residents Help Raise Money during Polar Bear Plunge For The Special Olympics
Newark residents Paul Mitchell and Wesley Steele were among the 2323 people who participated in the yearly Delaware Polar Bear Plunge in Rehoboth Beach over the weekend.

When asked what advise he would give to new participants one man said "Run in, Run out" The Special Olympics in Delaware raised over $500,000 for the event and is held every year.
