Delaware Mortgage Rates for Tuesday November 29, 2011
Advice on floating or locking your Delaware mortgage interest rate. The bond market rallied yesterday after opening down and did the same again today. The bond market started off to the down side but recovered after Federal Reserve member said housing market would need some support which hints at the Feds buying more mortgage backed securities.
The S&P Rating agency down graded the credit of some major banks such as Bank of America whose their shares close down today around $5 a share.
My advice is to lock your Delaware mortgage rate if you are closing in the next 15 days. If you are closing in the next 30 to 60 days then I would float your Delaware mortgage rate.
