Landlord flattens home as tenants flee- The Crazy Grinch lives

I've had a lot of great tenants over the years, and it's those that I'm thankful for- both today and every day. Have there been some clunkers over the years? Yep. Mal-contents? Ditto. But for the most part, I've had a good bunch of folks renting from me- and as I've processed nearly all of my own applications over the years, I really don't have anyone to point the finger of blame towards when good tenant prospects morph into poor tenants.

Pity the poor Grinch here- whose serious mental problems will surely be addressed elsewhere- but also ran across some tenants he just didn't seem to care for anymore.

3-day notice? I don't need no stinkin' 3-day notice... You don't need a stupid piece of paper from a guy in a sissy-lookin' black robe when you have a bulldozer!

At or near the top of my "thankful list" today (and most likely on these tenants' lists) is the fact that this former landlord is now simply known as Orange County Corrections Inmate #11044795- and that he's tucked away in the "high bond/no bond" unit this Thanksgiving Day.

For the folks of Whoville and all of us, let's home that's where he stays for a while.
