4th of July poetry...

‘Twas the night before July 4th, it’s goofy, I know!

When I’m in a good mood, the rhyme seems to flow.

The holiday poem was received with such cheer

So why must I only rhyme one time per year?

As I readied my BBQ & cleaned up my home,

I thought to myself how much I have grown.

I opened a RE/MAX in 2008

And my business is now turning out to be great!

My office is growing, in the fall I had 3,

But on August the 1st, at least 16 we’ll be!

A title company too, we have on our site

So that our closings are always done right!

The market is better now, houses do sell!

Whether or not the media is willing to tell.

My agents are happy and doing just great!

If you’re thinking of joining, please don’t hesitate!

If you are an agent, stop by and say “hi.”

Others are joining, come by and see why!

Our office is fun and now starting to grow.

Once you come in to meet us, you won’t want to go.

I wish you much happiness this 4th of July

Wherever you may be watching fire-crackers fly.

And I hope you will help me, ‘cause here’s what I need...

For your help with this favor, I am willing to plead.

I need agents who would like to improve their careers.

Once they join my new office, they’ll stay here for years.

All they need is a license and a lot of heart.

Once they join my great team they’ll get a jump start.

I need buyers and sellers and landlords and tenants.

I need people who need help with sales or with rents.

If you know any of these folks, please give them my card.

Please give it some thought. It won’t be that hard!

Your family or friend, or maybe a teacher...

Your neighbor, your gardner, or even your preacher...

If you give it some thought, you will think of one.

Once you give them my number, your favor is done!

We are waiting to help them with patience and skill.

Please send them our way so our days will stay filled.

My team at the office is top of the line!

Please stop by and meet them if you have some time.

I do think of you more than once in a while,

So I hope that this poem will give you a smile.

I hope you are well and your life is just great!

And your dreams all come true without having to wait!

Please take on the challenges that life does bring!

If you do you will find that your heart starts to sing!

Please know that I’m sending my good thoughts your way!

And I hope you enjoy a fun-filled holiday!
