When we check the weather it’s to check on the beach conditions and if there just may be rain in the forecast.

Most of us chose Palm Beach County because we love the weather, the sunshine and want to be outside. And we want to see the outside from our homes.


If your house is on the market make sure your Buyers will be able to see outside and that means:
Clean your windows
Remove your screens to give your Buyer a clearer view.
Raise or tie back your window coverings

Here is a quick, easy and earth-friendly window cleaning solution:


Mix 2 Tablespoons of Cornstarch, ½ cup of Ammonia and ½ cup of White Vinegar in a bucket of warm water. Put the solution in a spray bottle and start cleaning. Be sure to use a lint-free cloth or dry paper towel to wipe the windows. Believe it or not the cornstarch helps to keep the windows shiny.
