A successful week in Bonita Springs Florida

Wow! It has been a great week of real estate in the world of The Land of OZ.

I have successfully closed on a property which I listed and sold in 4 days. I practice what I preach and that is that real estate will sell in this market or any market if it's priced for THAT current marketplace.

That's 5 sales in 5 months. Much off my usual pace of 2-3 per month but certainly consistent and relieving in today's market climate. I have 2 other closings coming up as well!

The even greater news is I obtained 2 more super well priced pieces of real estate this week. Now surely inventory is NOT tough to come by as most agents have their hands full with more inventory than they've ever seen or marketed. However, the catch once again is that most of those folks are spinning their wheels working on overpriced pieces of inventory. These homes become statistics instead of closings.

Some of you may receive my previous data posts for my current market and those who haven't might consider a glance. I update this data on a monthly basis and use it as a guide for proper home pricing for today's market or what we call "ENERGY" pricing!

So, that being said, my 2 new properties for sale will be uploaded with pictures and stats early next week. The first is a 1st floor turnkey furnished condo overlooking the all inclusive golf course. Offered with 2 bedroom and 2 baths, 1200 sq.ft under air in a fabulous gated community within the master planned Brooks community of Spring Run. All this for the lowest price offered in this community section for $219,000.

The second is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 car side load garage with tranquilizing lake views and upgraded kitchen and features galore. Also offered within the secure and gated community of Village Walk in Bonita Springs by award winning DiVosta homes for again the lowest priced offered in the community with this floor-plan at $349,000.
