The weather is changing.....
Yep, it's official. The next 10 day weather outlook has the high of the day between 84-89 degrees. No more 90's. The seasons are changing and so is the Cape Coral real estate market.
This morning's real estate report shows in the past 24 hours there were:
46 - New residential listings in Cape Coral
39 - Homes in Cape Coral went under agreement
49 - Homes sold
More homes sold than came on the market. WOW!
Word is out....DEALS galore! But lots of buyer competition so you need to be aggressive. These deals are not going to be here forever......Grab one (or two) while you can.
