I don't get it. I have a condo in Cape Coral that is going to the court house steps next week. They are in a great area. The price is under $70k; only a couple of years old. They don't have defective drywall. The complex has a pool and the complex is located in a high end neighborhood.
Yet, even the two foreclosures haven't sold. This is my first short sale that I haven't been able to rescue and get to a successful closing. I don't even know what to say to my seller except I'm sorry, I really thought we could get this accomplished. I'm bummed like it's my fault. I know it isn't but I don't take failure very well. I'm just saying.
