The October Cape Coral Home Sales number are out and once again the numbers are good. October 2008 saw the highest number of Cape Coral Homes Sales in a long time with 459. Buyers, now more than ever recognize that at the current prices the homes are Below Replacement Costs.
With the new president elect as well as our typical busy season I would expect these numbers to continue.
