On Top of the World in Clearwater Florida





On Top of the World is located off of Belcher Road in Clearwater. I recently took the picture of the entrance. As you can see the landscaping is beautiful.

It's a retirement 55+ community and is ideally located with close access to beaches, shopping, and malls. There are some online reviews of it. Some of which can be found here and here.

The home owners' association requires 35% down if financing and a mandatory interview. There are condos currently for sale in this community ranging from $39,900 to $175,000 so there is something for every budget.

Hi!


I was wondering you would be able t help out.  I am looking around for some type of condo/apt that would be furnished for my parens to rent.  I would like for it to be in a safe community.  Eithr retirement or aregular community. The months that I am thinking are January, February, or March...it would be for about two weeks or a month.  If you could help in any way this would be of great help. The areas I am thinking about would be Palm Harbor/Clearwater.
