Clearwater, Florida Real Estate Home Sales Statistics for June 2009

I received an email asking me about the latest Clearwater, Florida real estate statistics. The latest statistics for June 2009 was published by the Pinellas Realtor Organization (P.R.O.). They have published the latest averages and while averages do not necessarily reveal much considering that it is the value obtained by dividing the sum of a set of quantities by the number of quantities in the set it helps to quantify something for home buyers (and home sellers.)

In their statistics Countryside is separated from Clearwater so I will post them separately here.

For condos that sold that were listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS):

Countryside average was $124,550

Clearwater average was $116,926

For single family homes (SFH) that sold that were listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS):

Countryside average was $185,082

Clearwater average was $160,375
