Re-Zoning Approved for Grand Highway Baptist Church Property

I just got an email from my Pastor that the re-zoning for the 5 acre parcel that Grand Highway Baptist Church bought a few months ago has now officially been approved. The 5 acre parcel is located near the intersection of Hancock Rd. and John's Lake Rd. From my understanding, there is no timetable for building yet.

Currently, Grand Highway Baptist Church sits on about 2 acres of land and is located right on the corner of Citrus Tower Blvd. and Grand Highway.
