We have an active real estate in Maryland as well. Just wish more of the first time buyers would get out to take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit. Evidently, many are not yet aware of the benefit.
Yes -- there is some activity. Went out with my clients this afternoon and saw OTHER buyers out too! Hope it's just not a few short-lived months! It would be nice to have the traffic longer then end of 3rd Quarter
