I suppose the idea is to somehow distinguish their unit from the other similarly priced villas in the community.

There are currently only 2 other units (both priced at $1,950,000) on the market in The Cloisters. I have a buyer who recently placed Unit 1239 (priced at $1,500,000) under contract, and we are set to close in early January.
