Short Sale in Turtle Run of Coral Springs closed by Coral Springs Short Sale Realtor.

Another blessed day when a homeowner is saved from foreclosure.

I'm pleased to report that I closed on a another Short Sale for one of my customers who had their home for sale in Coral Springs within the neighborhood of Turtle Run. My Seller had run upon hard luck and needed to sell her home. The closing resulted in:

• Seller being relieved of any deficiency on a $300,000+ mortgage
• Seller being relieved of any tax implications as the home was a Primary residence falling under the 2007 Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act and Debt Cancellation Act

The Lender did not want to waive the right to pursue deficiency yet I negotiated with the Lender and was able to get them to agree to not pursue any deficiency as stated in the written Short Sale Approval letter. This was a good moment!

Not a day goes by that I'm not thankful for being able to help Short Sale Sellers sell their home as a Short Sale. Did I tell you that I love what I do for a living here in South Florida?! My job is incredibly rewarding!
