Some of you may not be aware that we have a local Habitat for Humanity ReStore located on the northside of Dade City along US 301 where the old Lykes Pasco juice processing plant was. Now it is a business center and the Habitat ReStore is a part of the complex. Physical address is: 15000 Citrus Country Drive, Suite 420, Dade City, Florida.
You can find a lot of great bargains on building materials and also make donations to help Habitat do its good work in our local communities.
To find out more, you can click on the following link:
https://www.ephabitat.org/ Once there you can see what special events they will be having, how you can donate or volunteer, hours of operation, store address and map, contact phone numbers, and more. There is a lot more to Habitat than one would think. Check it out.
I like this program since it is not just a "give-away", but is giving a deserving person(s) a "helping hand". There is a difference there.
In case you did not know it, we also have an aluminum can drop-off point at our office at: CENTURY 21 Bill Nye Realty, Inc., 34619 State Road 54, Zephyrhills, FL 33541. It is maintained by the son of two of our agents. You can find it at the rear of our parking lot and it is shaped like a little house. Hard to miss.
