Great schools are such a benefit in Florida Real Estate. Do you see more people moving to Davie because of the schools?
I am sure it is a big part of it as these homes are full of families and the smallest homes are generally no less than 2600 sq ft..all the lots are builders acres...so these are large homes that will attract families.

No this is not a community for horses...we have other areas close by in Davie that you can have horses on. They do have access to equestrian trails but I am pretty sure they do not allow you to put horses on the actual property.

I live right up the road from Southwest ranches which has available stalls for horses and homes that allow it.
