As of August 2007 there are 85 properties currently listed for sale through-out the 3 communities located in Davie Florida

40 homes are available in Riverstone.....30 homes are available in Imagination Farms and 15 homes are available in Grove Creek Ranches.

Currently there are 3 pending sales in the combined 3 communities and 14 closed sales 4/07-8/07

Last year at this time there were less homes on the market leading us to conclude that we are definitely in a buyers market.

Neal - good information for buyers and sellers. How do these numbers compare from previous months - trending up or down?

Neal, yep we are definitely in a Buyers Market almost all over the country.  The only thing that seems to be different is which areas are holding their own and which ones are in a declining market.  Here in Connecticut we are holding our own.

The market here is not getting better. Prices are holding but fluttering downward for some areas because of the flood of inventory.

George,

There are some good deals out there. I see homes I would have bought for a lot more in 2005.

I wish I could say our market is thriving...but it's not. Too much inventory. Lowe values.

But this community is very well sought after. All builders acre properties.
