What a STIMULATING week it has been! Last Saturday morning I received a call from WELE Radio 1380 AM requesting that I be a guest on the Homes and Loans Real Estate Show. They had seen my Open House Announcement on the MLS Bulletin Board for my Golf Course Listing in LPGA and thought it would be a good idea to do a live interview from the home as part of their market update. We spent a good deal of time discussing the home, as well as the real estate market. This is a certainly a unique way that I was able to aggressively market my sellers homes in today's highly competitive market place.
