Catnip and Its Misteries

Mina, my kittie cat was adopted on October 14, 2010.

 I never had a cat before, so everything has being a learning experience for both of us. Her about humans, and me about having a beautiful kittie cat as a house mate/kiddie cat. I got her some catnip and catnip toys but she gave no attention to it at all.

After some research I found out that kitties might not be sensitive to it and that 1/3 of the cats just don't care for it at all. During the daily visits of her outside friend cat, I decided to offer him some catnip. I was amazed by his love to it. He really had a blast with the catnip and Mina, my kittie cat, was just watching from the inside.

I would love to know what her thoughts were...But I am sure she was entertained. What a fun outside cat friend she made!
