A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words - 1st Time Homebuyers Big Smile!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. To me, this picture says it all. This young couple just closed on their first home. It gives me such a good feeling to see their faces light up! They are thrilled, and that makes me happy.

Kimberly and Jacek fell in love with this home. They loved the fact that the home sits on a half-acre lot. They loved the fact that it has an inground swimming pool. It also has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sits on a very pretty street in Delray Beach. There will be plenty of room for their kids to run and play and for bbqs and swimming. This house was a "fixer-upper" with good bones. They know they have work to do, but are up for the challenge.
