In my opinion, the Delray Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell. There was an increase in total number of closed sales in Delray Beach this month over last as well as an increase in prices. We are still in season, so let's see if the trend continues into March. Delray Beach is hot this month!
