Investor special house deal in Orlando Florida - we sell foreclosure homes

Despite what the media may be saying, the Orlando Florida real estate market is booming.  Prices are at 20 year lows in many areas and the deals are spectacular.  Our firm has been specializing in great investor deals since we opened for business in 1996.  We work the short sale, foreclosure / REO, HUD home, probate, sinkhole, and fixer upper market right here in Central Florida. 

The particular home mentioned in this video is a HUD home that our We Buy Houses Florida division put under contract last week.  It is a 3 bed/2 bath/2-car garage, 1508 square foot home, built in 1988 located on a big corner lot.  It has a beautiful kitchen with all appliances still intact, screened porch, and fenced backyard.  The inspection report came back fairly clean other than a little wood rot on the siding and fascia.  It appraised for $77,000 in January 2011 and was tax assessed at $67,538 for 2010 (not the 61K I mentioned in the video).  It is located in southwestern Deltona about a 5 minute drive from the southernmost exit of I-4.  We are wholesaling this house for $49,900 which is a fantastic price.  Should easily rent out for $800 per month.  If interested, you need to act fast because this home already has several investors looking at it.
