Construction Update: Lot 5 Destiny By The Sea: Homes and Land For Sale

Good Morning. The pictures above were taken on the week of January 17th, 2011. This shows the amount of fill sand needed to begin construction. Below I have provided for you a picture of the lot elevation before fill. The nice thing about this is that you can get a very good feel for how the home will sit on the lot and the buffer between the neighboring homes. One unique measurement to point out early in this process is that the width of this home will be 30 feet. Comparable homes on 40 ft lots in the past have not exceeded width's in the low 20's. Due to recent DEP rules, this owner will be able to gain more square footage and comfortable living than those built previous.
