How's the Water In Destin December 2010

I just called my renter who checked in yesterday(unit #1004 at Pelican Beach Resort) and asked them how they were enjoying their stay.

Their first statement was a question, "Is the water always so blue and green'? I answered them by asking for a picture. They were sitting on my balcony so they snapped a picture and just sent it to me and it is below.

Personally I have not seen the water as pretty as it is here in the picture except in St. Thomas Virgin Islands.
