Destin Real Estate Market for 2012 is looking good.

The summer of 2010 we were hit hard by the "scare" of oil on our local beaches. But in fact it was a wonderful and beautiful summer. My family and I fequented the beaches and did not ever see a sign of oil. In 2011 my clients which are primarily investors had a fantastic rental season with very few open days on the books. They are already mostly full for 2012 and are looking to buy additional beachfront and close to beach investment properties while prices are still attractive. The inventory is dropping here and we are started to see a sign of price increases. Let all hope for a great year in 2012 and I hope to see you all at the beach!
