This arm's length baby alligator was spotted snoozing on the grass in the lake at Six Mile Cypress Slough on Six Mile Cypress Parkway off Daniels in Fort Myers. It briefly opened its eyes but was way too relaxed soaking up the Florida sun to be bothered by us.
Six Mile Cypress Slough is a great way to spend a relaxing hour meandering through nature on a very nicely maintained boardwalk. The photo ops are impressive and you only pay by the hour for parking -- ideal for those looking to have some fun for very little money -- $5.00 maxiumum per day. Be sure to check out Alligator Lake!
