My fellow residents in Fort Myers Beach never cease to amaze me. If their home is not large enough, they will find a way to add a "room", even under their home.

This one is special because you can dine with your family or friends and look at the gulf with your feet almost on the sand. Notice: this living room/dining room is bit more formal with the cubble stones for the flooring.

Who knows? perhaps in a year or less they will screen their living room and turn it into an enclosed extra room! Do not worry.This will not count as extra square footage...but it certainly feels like it.
