Fort Myers Beach parents of students attending Beach Elementary School should stand up and give a big round of applause for our island public school ! The reason ? Simple - for the 4th consecutive year the Florida Department of Education has evaluated Beach Elementary as an " A " school ! Principal Larry Wood and his talented and dedicated staff deserve our appreciation. Parents are very involved with the progress of our kids and report that communication with teachers is ongoing and critical. Congratulations to all involved !
