Waterfront Homes for Sale in Hernando Beach, Florida: Real Estate Market Report for January 2012
The new year started out rather slow for homes sales in the waterfront community of Hernando Beach.
There were no closed transaction for the month of January 2012. However, 14 Hernando Beach waterfront homes are currently under contract ranging from $120,000 to $399,900.
The average list price for these homes under contract is $226,129 and the median price is $167,450. Of those properties under contract, five are pending and nine are under contract with various contingencies.
Inventory of waterfront homes for sale in Hernando Beach homes has remained stable since last month with only slight changes in the list price range. Most Hernando Beach homes for sale are offered as standard sales - there are currently three properties listed as short sales and one as a foreclosure property.

Indirect Gulf Access Homes*: 21

Hernando Beach South: 11 Range: $220,000 - $499,900 Median: $299,900 Average: $330,045
*Hernando Beach Central and Hernando Beach South both have indirect gulf access via a boat lift.
