I'm located at 3327 Hoover Dr. in the subdivision of Aloha Gardens in Holiday, FLorida and I have a recently remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances, wood cabinets and counters, and a ceramic tile floor. My living room and dining room are open to each other and have laminate flooring. My master bedroom is spacious, and I have a bonus room that is not included in the "official" square footage.
