Neal, I'll be there are a few people in New England about now who would also love this condo! They've certainly had the snow and I can see why you're glad you moved to Florida! This is a great looking condo..I love all the tile flooring.

No humidity?  In Florida?  Goodness, my recollection of weather in Florida is that your shirt gets wet walking across the street.  Not that that's a bad thing.  I don't mind humidity.  It hovers around 90% here in the Summer.  Maybe humidity is low in your area now because it's winder.

Seems to me that with the prices in Florida now, folks should be flocking there to buy.

Andrew,

Yes as long as the dollar is strong we seem to be selling to them and getting inquiries. Most of them are for retirement in condos over in Century Village in Deerfield Beach FL because you can get in under 100K.

Thanks Missy!

Linda,

Just so you know there it's a town home and not a condo...there is a difference as per less restrictions in a town-home of this type but there are also plenty of condos as well along the beach roads but they are a bit more in price.

Lenn,

Yes...no humidity this time of year because it's winter...the last few days have been around 75...and we just had a cold front in last few days were it was in the 40's at night and 60's during the day...but now we are about 80 an gorgeous today!

Neal -- Ooops! I hadn't finished drinking my coffee when I saw this. Anyway, this townhome is very nice!

Linda,

It's ok...there is just a big difference here.I have a few that would prefer the town-home due to renting and pet restrictions...here the maintenance is very low ...you can have up to a 30lb pet and you can rent it out immediately if you want. Usually you have to hold it a year before most buildings allow rentals...not all but most. The buyers I have interested do not want to have such restrictions for what they are looking for and you can't touch a town-home closer unless ou want to spend in the million range. These are semi attached but have two floors.

Neal - this is such an attractive post - nice presentation -

Neal, this looks real good especially since I just arrived home and had to drive through some rather large snow flakes.

George,

I miss the snow but only to visit.....it's beautiful here today...about 79 degrees:) perfect beach weather.

Thesa,

Thanks for stopping by.

Hi Neal, the Townhouse Listing looks great and I'll keep it in mind for any interested Buyers.  I'm taking a Canadian Buyer out in a couple of weeks to look at some Condos in Hollywood, but I've been talking to some others who are more interested in Townhouses, so we'll see how it goes.  There are definitely some great deals!  Keep up the great work!

Thanks for stopping by Vickie.

Hi Neal, sitting here in Montreal and looking at over 3 feet of snow on my sundeck I can understand why my neighbors would want to have a home in FL. Also as you mentioned re the dollar at par, it's super affordable right now.

P.S. re your comment "good set of selections...I tried to add mine to your group the other day but the glitch in AR kept me from changing groups"...

Not sure what happened, feel free to try and add it again to the marketing group, your posts are always welcome and a great read. Later...

Hi Marti,

I left you a comment that I was able to move the post to your group ...it seems to have worked now...thanks!
