Space Coast Parks and Recreation Series: Orlando Park, Indialantic, FL

Indialantic, FL is a very interesting community. The first thing you need to know about the area before moving here is that it has two very distinct parts...one...Indialantic by the Sea is really Indialantic proper...that is the City. The other area in really part of the County of Brevard and not part of the City. The folks who live in the City of Indialantic by the Sea will be happy to point out the boundaries to you...lol

In the City the place to live near...especially if you have children (keep in mind all the schools that feed Indialantic are "A-rated" so families always put the area on their shopping list) is Orlando Park.

Orlando Park is a 2.39 acre park in the heart of the area. It has a few nice amenities like a children's playground, a picnic area, a basketball court, a gazebo and more. the homes that are within walking distance of the park tend to benefit from increased value based on location (it is also just a few blocks from both the ocean and the river!

If you are looking for an area that has great schools, close proximity to the park, ocean and river...as well as all 5th Ave in Indialantic has to offer...homes near Orlando Park are a great choice!
