Gone are the days when Florida was the obvious vacation spot for visitors looking for a sunny getaway. “Florida now competes against all the states and destinations within those states and Caribbean markets.

May 29-2008, Per Islamorada Realtor Jan Keller- We are constantly billed as a Number 1 Worldwide fishing destination. This makes our appeal very broad, in that there is something for eveyrone here. Plus if people want-they can be in South Beach in just about an hour-especially now that they have opened up parts of the new Highway connecting us to the mainland.

Jan also added, The Keys are as unique as you can get. We are definitely not limited in a choice of things to do.
