Jacksonville FL, home of really affordable real estate

In Jacksonville Florida today I had the honor of showing homes! I actually REALLY like working with these folks--they are honest, honorable, wonderful, and friendly. We have fun when we're looking at homes, and every now and again------never mind!

Today though we looked only in their price range, under 100k. Boy, have I seen some homes in need of LOVE and ATTENTION! But here's the thing--good homes, with good frame, and good 'bones' (which is just another way of saying frame). Homes in friendly areas, and homes that they decided not to offer on. We are going back out this week--and I just cannot wait! After all, it's not the commission, although it is nice to get paid. It's not about the long hours---right? Although, let's find a house for you! It's about the referrals!

Referrals are the cornerstone of my business, and as such I appreciate each and every one! It's like an added bonus to have worked with the orgin of the referral, good times and all that great stuff.....but to receive a referral is like someone saying "hey, I really like you, and my friends will too..." And who doesn't love that?

We all like to be liked, and respected as a professional. Good stuff!
