While working on a HouseHunt generated closing, Margo Marshall shared with her sales representative how great business is recently.

"I have never been busier," Margo said.

A huge focus of hers right now is a HouseHunt buyer that has been looking at homes in the million dollar range for almost a year.

"Still awaiting that ‘big' sale and might be on the verge of it," Margo shared. "I've been working with these people for over a year; oceanfront and I think they are ready to buy in cash."

Marge said that her market is one of the toughest, yet is projecting it will be the first to escape the recession. That is an encouraging prospect and with HouseHunt on her side, Margo Marshall will no doubt stay busy and successful in the years to come.
