The Barclay was built in 1967. The latest information that we have regarding leases is that the units have a minimum of three months and a maximum of 6 months. There is a $100 application fee and a personal interview required. Pets are allowed. Visitors, Guest and Tennants are not allowed to bring pets. This property is a 55+ community There are covered parking spaces for owners. Trucks are not allowed.

The property has a clubhouse, bike storage, laundry and community pool for the residents. On February 11th as I typing this there are 5 units for sale on the MLS price from $350,000 to $499,500. These beachfront units have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,250 living square feet.
