Royal Homestead Oceanfront Condo in Juno Beach

The Homestead, located directly on Juno Beach is a 4 floor building with 3 floors of residences located directly on the Atlantic with 36 units. The Royal Homestead was Juno Beach built in 1973. The latest information that we have regarding leases is that the units have a minimum of three months. There is a $100 application fee and a personal interview required. Pets are allowed. There is a parking spaces for owners. There is no overnight parking allowed for Trucks.

The property has a clubhouse, exersize room and community pool for the residents. It is a 55+ community. On February 11th as I typing this there are 2 units for sale on the MLS price from $725,000 to $995,000. These beachfront units have 3 bedrooms and 2,170 living square feet.
