The latest information that we have regarding leases is that the units have a minimum of six months. There is a $100 application fee and a personal interview required. Pets are allowed. There is a parking garage for owners. Passanger vehicles only, Vans must have seating for 4 passangers. Commercial vehicles, boats or motorcycles are allowed.
The property has a clubhouse, exersize room and community pool for the residents. On February 11th as I typing this there are 2 units for sale on the MLS price from $2,650,000 to $2,695,000. These luxury beachfront units have 3 bedrooms and 4,000 living square feet.
