The Oceanfront, located directly on Juno Beach is a 12 floor building directly on the Atlantic with 24 units. The Oceanfront is one of the newest oceanfront condos in Juno Beach built in 1995. The latest information that we have regarding leases is that the units have a minimum of six months. There is a $100 application fee and a personal interview required. Pets are allowed. There is a parking garage for owners. Passanger vehicles only, Vans must have seating for 4 passangers. Commercial vehicles, boats or motorcycles are allowed.

The property has a clubhouse, exersize room and community pool for the residents. On February 11th as I typing this there are 2 units for sale on the MLS price from $2,650,000 to $2,695,000. These luxury beachfront units have 3 bedrooms and 4,000 living square feet.
