The Colony at Juno Beach, there are two buildings. The East Building (on the Ocean) has 3 stories with 21 units and an elevator. The West building has 12 units on 2 floors. The Colony has one of the buildings overlooking the Atlantic and the other overlooks Pelican Lake. The units were built in 1968. The latest information that we have regarding leases is that the units have a minimum of three months. Pets are not allowed.

The property has a clubhouse, exersize room and community pool for the residents. On February 11th as I typing this there are 2 units for sale on the MLS price from $395,000 to $419,900. These charming units have 2 bedrooms and 1,230 living square feet.
