First Annual Kids Fest in Jupiter Florida at Roger Dean Stadium

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 15th, as Roger Dean Stadium and the Colony Kids of Jupiter Inlet Colony present the first-ever Kids Fest at the stadium complex in Abacoa.



Kids Fest is a family-friendly carnival that will be held to benefit Little Smiles, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping children in hospitals or other care facilities escape their everyday pain and enjoy the simple pleasures of being a child. The organization works with local nurses, childcare staff and medical personnel to assess the child’s needs or wishes and then provides gifts such as toys,
computers, celebrity outings, concerts, sporting events and more.

Kids Fest will take place from 3:30 p.m. to roughly 7:30 p.m. in an around the main stadium, with a full slate of field day events scheduled for the main field. Children will have the opportunity to compete in numerous events to win medals and prizes and will all be rewarded with a one-of-a-kind candy drop from a helicopter following the array of games.



Also included in the day’s attractions will be multiple bounce houses, a dunk tank, a party clown for balloons and face painting and multiple government vehicles on display (including Coast Guard helicopter, fire trucks, etc.) for children to view and sit inside. The Palm Beach County Zoo will be on hand with an exotic animal exhibit as well.

While Kids Fest will provide countless activities for the youngsters, parents and adults will also enjoy the live music, variety of refreshment options and a silent auction featuring items donated from local businesses. The whole family can come together at nightfall for a spectacular firework show to cap the day’s festivities.



Admission to Kids Fest is all-inclusive and costs just $5.00 for children while adults get in free of charge. Proceeds from every ticket sold go toward Little Smiles.
