I' m feeling Lucky...and You?

Do you know the difference between the "I'm feeling Lucky" and "Google Search" button?

When you use the button by entering a keyword and hitting the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button, Google sends you to the very first webpage in their results that matches that keyword.
