Disney has announced plans to biuld a new DVC Resort in Hawaii, not North Korea. Many travelers feel that Hawaii is a much better vacationing spot than North Korea. I guess it is all up to one's own opinion. With all the trouble getting flights into North Korea and the lack of western style vacation fun things to offer, I feel Disney made the right decision. Also, resales for DVC North Korea would be difficult.

I have also received word that Disney Vacation Club may be expanding the number of units available at the Villas of Wilderness Lodge and possibly making part of the Contemporary Resort for use with the DVC plan.

With Saratoga Springs, Animal Kingdom, the new Hawaii Resort and their Westward expansion- The development of 50 two-bedroom-equivalent vacation villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa which represents the first dedicated Disney Vacation Club accommodations in California, there are many new ways to use your DVC ownership.
